My quilt guild sells mini-quilts every year at its quilt show. In order to increase the number of quilts available, and to make it more fun, this year we are doing a round robin project. The first person makes a block, then passes it on to the next person to add something. Then it goes to a third person to add something else. I'm not too clear on who or how the resulting mini-quilt top gets finished off into a quilt, but I'm sure that will not be a problem. This year's quilt show theme is "A Quilted Garden". The block that I made had a flower on it. I exchanged it for this bird block (of course) pieced by Kris Barlow and added flowers to it. So, a bird for today, but not entirely of my making!
